RIMC (RASHTRIYA INDIAN MILITARY COLLEGE)

TThe College is administered by the Union Ministry of Defence, through the Directorate General of Military Training, Army. These School is recognized by the CBSE. The College offers only the Science Stream at the +2 level. However, to prepare the Cadets for the UPSC examination for entry into NDA, Social Sciences are also taught.

Admission

Admission is through an all-India entrance examination conducted twice a year for Class VIII.

Age Criteria

Class 6th 7th 8th entry
June 2026 exam age should be 2/ jan/2014 to 1/ july/2015
December 2026 exam age should be 2/ july/ 2014 to 1/ jan2016

Education

RIMC follows CBSE curriculum with a strong emphasis on academics, physical training, and leadership development.

Reservation

Seats are allotted based on state-wise quotas, with reservations as per Government of India norms.
